  • We recommend at least a 10x10 foot area — enough for the booth, a backdrop, and plenty of room for your guests to gather, pose, and have fun. We'll confirm all the exact setup details when you book.

  • Most of our clients book 3 to 4 hours, which is perfect for a reception or party. We're happy to work with your specific timeline — just let us know what you're thinking and we'll make it work.

  • Yes, and honestly, this is one of our favorite parts of the whole process. Tell us your names, your date, your theme, your colors. and we'll design something that feels completely made for your event. Because it will be.

  • We serve Chicago and all the surrounding suburbs, generally within about an hour's drive from the city. If your venue is a little outside that range, reach out anyway — we love to make things work.

  • The sooner the better, especially for spring and summer weekends — those go quickly! We recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. If your date is coming up soon, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll always try our best.
